Commercial Construction

Commercial Construction

Whether in a building lobby, a ground up site, a bank, or any high profile, high traffic project, first impressions count. Navigat works hard to ensure that the only surprise you and your patrons encounter occurs when the finished project is revealed on time. Partnering with Navigat takes the uncertainty out of construction, allowing you to focus on your business instead of worrying about your projects. The close, long-term relationships we enjoy with our clients require a level of communication and an intimacy that provides the capstone on the professionalism, quality, and execution that our clients enjoy.  Commercial building construction includes more than just the building.  We perform comprehensive planning, learn the requirements of the project, create estimates, determine feasibility, assist in site selection and perform studies to see how the project will affect the environment.

As a leading construction company with locations nationwide, we are involved in the design process of your commercial project.  We manage budgets and schedules, analyze life cycle cost, perform estimating and feasibility analysis, determine the amount and type of labor required and ensure that all necessary permits are in hand and that all regulations will be met.

During construction of your project, Navigat will place supervisors on the site to monitor every phase of building including an exacting quality control program.  Our schedulers know how to keep things running smoothly and expeditiously.  Throughout construction, we’ll ensure that the work meets the numerous compliance requirements that commercial buildings must adhere to.

Finally, when the project is complete, we’ll put together the necessary documents for project closeout, create a project-end report, work on warranties and maintenance manuals and oversee the necessary tests for start-up.

Navigat Construction Services has built a solid reputation on expertise, performance and the highest level of service to be found in the commercial building construction industry.  If you need an experienced partner for an upcoming commercial project, we’d be happy to learn more about your plans.
